Shipping and Delivery
Our Process
Once you place your order, you will be sent a tracking number via email so you can follow it en route to your door direct from our factory.
Deliveries will be dispatched within 2-4 days after your order is placed.
We do not deliver to P.O. addresses.
Damaged Items
Should your candles be damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the damage, including the shipping box it was sent in, and email this to us here: wixscents408@gmail.com to assist us with a replacement or refund.
We do make every effort to ensure your order is packed beautifully so you can receive it in perfect condition. Sometimes, on the journey, damage occurs, and we are more than happy to resolve the issue. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for us to process returns.
