Returns & Refunds Policy (CGA-Compliant)
At WisScents, we stand by the quality of our hand-poured soy wax candles and reed diffusers. Our products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), ensuring they meet acceptable quality standards.

1. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not work as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the CGA. To process your claim:

Provide a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).
We cover all costs for returning faulty products and resending replacements.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Under the CGA, businesses are not required to accept returns for change of mind. However, as a goodwill gesture, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis, provided:

– The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
– The return request is made within 7 days of purchase.
– The customer covers return shipping costs.
If accepted, a store credit or exchange will be offered. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no extra cost.

4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
If a product is returned, we will issue the refund once we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

– Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
– Slight variations in scent, color, or appearance, as our products are hand-poured and crafted.
– Sale items (unless faulty).
